After a founding round has been completed, Sciety will make a final review of the company, run anti-money laundering checks on all investors and complete the final legal documents with the company. 

You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your shareholdings have been listed in the company's records of shareholders (the legal proof of your share ownership). After the new issue has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, we will transfer the invested capital to the company you and your co-investors have invested in. 

This process may take up to month.
