A and B shares are different types of common shares. One common difference is that A shares have more voting rights per share than B shares. However, one share type may not have more than ten times the voting rights of another share type. A and B shares may also differ in other aspects. If applicable, any terms relating to A and B shares (or other share types) are specified in the company’s articles of association.
